Can I supply my own sanitary ware and fittings?

Yes, of course. It's not unusual for customers to ask me to fit items they have purchased themselves. I'm happy to do this and always try to accommodate your requirements. Please bear in mind that any wrongly supplied or faulty goods will be your own responsibility. For additional peace of mind, all fixtures and fittings provided by myself, carry full warranties.

Do you do the work yourself?

I believe in a very personal service, so I'd firstly discuss the general points over the phone, then arrange a mutual time to visit and go through your requirements in detail.

At this initial visit I'll take measurements of the bathroom and discuss various options, so a detailed written estimate can be provided. This will include a breakdown of the various items and is a free no obligation service.

Upon acceptance of the estimate, the work will be carried out by me, and possibly other tradesmen as required, but overseen by myself.
