Do you do the work yourself?

I believe in a very personal service, so I'd firstly discuss the general points over the phone, then arrange a mutual time to visit and go through your requirements in detail.

At this initial visit I'll take measurements of the bathroom and discuss various options, so a detailed written estimate can be provided. This will include a breakdown of the various items and is a free no obligation service.

Upon acceptance of the estimate, the work will be carried out by me, and possibly other tradesmen as required, but overseen by myself.
